TrustTradePro Terms and Conditions (Global Compliance)

Welcome to TrustTradePro ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our trading and investment platform, including all services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").  

By accessing or using TrustTradePro, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.  



1. Account Registration & Eligibility  
1.1 Eligibility:  
   - General Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).  
   - EU (EEA & UK): Additional restrictions may apply under MiFID II for retail clients.  
   - UAE: Users must comply with UAE Central Bank and SCA regulations.  
   - US: US persons are subject to CFTC/NFA rules (if applicable).  

1.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.  

1.3 KYC/AML Compliance:  
   - Global: Identity verification (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address) is mandatory under AML/CFT laws.  
   - EU: Compliant with 5AMLD & 6AMLD.  
   - US: Adheres to **FinCEN & SEC requirements.  
   - UAE: Follows CBUAE & FSRA guidelines.  



2. Use of the Platform 
2.1 Permitted Use: You may use TrustTradePro solely for lawful trading and investment purposes.  

2.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:  
   - Engage in market manipulation, fraud, or illegal activities.  
   - Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automated tools.  
   - Violate intellectual property rights or distribute malware.  
   - Circumvent security measures or exploit platform vulnerabilities.  



3. Trading & Financial Risks  
3.1 No Investment Advice: TrustTradePro does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. All trades are executed at your own risk.  

3.2 Risk Disclosures:  
   - EU (MiFID II): Negative balance protection for retail clients (where applicable).  
   - US (CFTC): Futures and forex trading involves substantial risk.  
   - UAE (SCA): High-risk investment warnings apply.  

3.3 Liability Limitation: We are not liable for losses due to market conditions, system errors, or third-party actions.  



4. Fees & Payments  
4.1 Fees: You agree to pay applicable fees (e.g., spreads, commissions, overnight financing) as disclosed on our Fee Schedule.  

4.2 Taxes:  
   - EU: VAT may apply depending on jurisdiction.  
   - US: IRS reporting for certain transactions (e.g., Form 1099).  
   - UAE: No VAT on financial services, but capital gains tax may apply.  



5. Intellectual Property  
5.1 Ownership: All platform content (logos, software, trademarks) is owned by TrustTradePro and protected by copyright laws.  

5.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Service for personal use.  



6. Termination & Suspension  
6.1 By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting support.  

6.2 By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:  
   - Violations of these Terms.  
   - Suspicious or fraudulent activity.  
   - Regulatory or legal requirements (e.g., OFAC sanctions).  



7. Dispute Resolution  
7.1 Governing Law & Jurisdiction:  
   - EU/UK: Subject to laws of EU Member State with recourse to the Financial Ombudsman (FOS).  
   - US: Governed by laws of California with arbitration per FINRA rules (if applicable).  
   - UAE: Subject to DIFC/ADGM courts (if registered there).  

7.2 Arbitration (US & Global):** Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration (except for injunctive relief claims).  



8. Limitation of Liability  
TrustTradePro is not liable for:  
   - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.  
   - Losses due to force majeure events (e.g., cyberattacks, natural disasters).  
   - Third-party services linked to our platform.  



9. Data Protection (GDPR, CCPA, UAE PDPL)  
9.1 EU (GDPR):  
   - Right to access, rectify, or erase personal data.  
   - Data processing agreements with third parties.  

9.2 US (CCPA):  
   - Opt-out of data sales (if applicable).  
   - Non-discrimination for privacy choices.  

9.3 UAE (PDPL):  
   - Compliance with UAE Data Protection Law (2021).  



10. Amendments  
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
